Collective Gathering 2026

Friends in ministry, you are invited to join us at our Collective Gathering 2026, the annual connection event for churches of Christ NSW & ACT. Together, we’ll spend two days relishing God’s presence amongst us, enjoying both our unity and diversity, and making new memories together. We can’t wait to see you there!

Know someone who would love to come? We encourage you to invite staff and key volunteers in your churches who will benefit from forming friendships in our network and who are hungry to lead radiant, transformational, discipling communities.

About Collective Gathering 

Each year ministers, elders, ministry staff, chaplains, and key leaders of our churches of Christ ministries across NSW & ACT converge for our Collective Gathering at The Tops with the purpose of strengthening our partnership through connection, conversation, celebration, and collaboration. 

Each year we also have a celebration dinner on the Thursday evening where guests are encouraged to get dressed up for a lovely meal and fun evening program.

Collective Gathering will begin on Wednesday 11 November at 4-5pm with check-in followed by dinner at 6pm. We’ll conclude our time together with a 1-2pm lunch on Friday 13 November.

Pricing for this year's event will be the same as our 2025 gathering.

Please Note: Linen is not included in the following prices, to keep registration prices lower. If linen is required, please order in the optional extras.

Early Bird Registration (until 28 September 2026) 

Individual with share accommodation (max of 3-4 per room) - $320

Married couple in own room - $620

Individual with own room/possible share bathroom (limited availability) - $470

Standard Registration (from 29 September 2026) 

 Individual with share accommodation (max of 3-4 per room) - $360

Married couple in own room - $680

Individual with own room /possible share bathroom (limited availability) - $500

Children and Families

Infants (0-3 years old) - Free

Preschool - $50

Kindergarten - Year 6 - $100

Highschool - $120

Note: If registering children, select and register the adult or couple first (noting each family members name in the question around sharing rooms). Then, separately register each child. Children's registration includes accommodation in a family share room, meals, and a childcare program during key-note day sessions for children in Year 6 and below.
