TIME OUT DAY SCHEDULE

This is an outline of what to expect:

9:30am- Welcome, Opening Prayer, Reflection/Meditation

12 pm- Prayer/Reflection

12:30pm- Lunch

2pm- Closing Prayer & Reflection

Between sessions everyone is invited to prayerfully reflect on the material presented by one of our retreat staff.
