If we consider prayer as conversation with God, then we might consider Tai Chi as moving prayer. In slow, gentle movements we can discover more of what opens us, and limits us, as we enter the still yet lively nature of God’s presence.
The one-day retreat will introduce you to Ignatian contemplative prayer and how to use some principles and movements of a traditional form of Taiji Quan to complement your prayer experience.
You will leave with simple and safe exercises to incorporate into their daily life.
It is open to all ages and abilities, no prior experience with Tai Chi required.
