Come and Rest Retreat Days - 2025

A retreat day especially for you, a spacious time to come and rest

Your retreat day will include times of silence for reflection on Scripture, art, and poetry, and group sharing of prayer experiences. Prayer materials will be provided.

Come as you are. All are welcome. No spiritual, meditation/prayer or religious experience is necessary.

Time: Each day begins at 9.30am and concludes at 3pm

What to Bring: BYO lunch, tea and coffee will be provided

Price: $60 including tea and coffee, prayer materials, retreat input and facilitation
