Tiny Homes Joadja
Address: 1551 Joadja Road, Joadja NSW 2575, Australia.
To reach Tiny Homes Joadja, please use Google Maps and follow the directions to our main driveway. Click here for Google Map link.
Directions:
Our gate is located on the left side of a hairpin bend that goes to the right. You will notice a Tiny Homes Joadja sign at the entrance, which will help you identify the place.
Once you enter the driveway, please follow the signs to your lodgings. Here are some helpful tips to guide you: Follow our driveway bearing right at our cattle yards that will be on the left until you reach the Homestead. Continue past until you reach a 4-way junction in the road. Take the first turn on the left which will take you around the back of the River Cottage, down a hill, across a cattle grid, and Elevation is the second tiny house on your right.

We are in a natural environment placed in our care, where there are many species of Flora and fauna also calling this place home. Please be aware of your environment as you enjoy your time with us. To this end we have some distinctly hazardous animals to be aware of, snakes and spiders in particular need to be left undisturbed should you come across their path. We also have many other non-native species; Deer, Pigs, Goats, Foxes, Wild dogs, and Feral cats. We work in conjunction with the authorities to control the habitation of these animals on our property within appropriate guidelines.
We also have many native species for you to enjoy; Kangaroos, Wallaby, Emu, Wombat, and platypus. Please be aware of their movements and the natural habitats they create around the property, which in some instances can be hazardous e.g. Wombat holes.
All animals, native or otherwise, are wild and should be respectfully viewed but not approached.
Environment
Should you be walking beyond the trails on the property, be aware of the undulating terrain, cliffs, streams and rivers. All of which need to be approached with caution as each has its own inherent risk associated.
While we provide this property for your enjoyment, your access and use is relatively not restricted so any of the potential hazards identified must be assessed and approached with the appropriate amount of caution
