Leave the roads behind and take 10 km run through the beautiful bush setting of Gilwell Park
Entry includes finishers medal, adventure activities, games, Christmas activities and the outdoor screening of The Polar Express.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, participants and visitors agree to the following conditions.
Weather and event changes
The event is planned to proceed in most weather conditions, including light rain. Please check the forecast and come prepared with suitable clothing, footwear and sun or wet-weather protection.
Gilwell Park may change courses, activities, times or event arrangements where required for safety, severe weather, bushfire risk or circumstances outside our control.
Refunds will not be provided because of weather, change of mind or a participant choosing not to attend. If Gilwell Park cancels the event, any refund, credit or alternative arrangement will be determined in accordance with the circumstances and Australian Consumer Law.
Fitness and participation
By registering, participants confirm that they are fit, healthy and physically capable of safely completing their selected distance.
Participants are responsible for selecting a distance appropriate to their fitness, experience and ability. Relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries or support requirements must be disclosed during registration.
Behaviour
Aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour will not be accepted.
Gilwell Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour places another person at risk or affects the safety and enjoyment of the event. A refund will not be provided where a person is removed for inappropriate behaviour.
Smoke-free and alcohol-free event
This is a **smoke-free, vape-free and alcohol-free event**.
Smoking, vaping, consuming alcohol or bringing alcohol into the event area is not permitted.
Site rules
All participants and visitors must:
- Follow Gilwell Park site rules.
- Follow all reasonable directions from staff, volunteers and event officials.
- Remain within designated event areas.
- Respect the environment, facilities, staff, volunteers and other visitors.
- Supervise children and young people in their care.
- Follow all activity and course safety instructions.
Animals
Pets are not permitted at the event.
Recognised assistance animals are welcome and must remain under effective control at all times
Photography
Photographs and video may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you advise event staff on arrival that you do not wish to be photographed.
Changes to the Program
Gilwell Park Adventure Centre reserves the right to:
- change activity schedules;
- substitute activities;
- change presenters or facilitators;
- alter session times where required;
- limit participant numbers for safety reasons.
Liability
While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe environment, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks.
Gilwell Park Adventure Centre, Scouts Victoria and their employees, volunteers and contractors accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
