You will need a code to register as a leader for Kids Camp, email programmeinfo@elrancho.co.nz for this.

All Leaders from Sunday 7th of July 10:30am - Saturday 13th of July 11:00 am.  

This is our 'Day Camp' version of camp where our campers attend Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Every evening when our campers go home, we host a programme especially for our leaders who stay at camp for the whole week.

• Cabin Leaders who are 16 years or older are free to attend camp
•  Leaders are $100 to attend Camp (15 year old's)
•  Leader in Training are $145 (Year 10 in 2024)

LITS and Leaders fees are not due until they have a confirmed place at camp, Cabin Leaders are free to attend camp.

Please note that ALL Leaders registrations are just an application and your place at camp is not confirmed until you hear back from us.

We have limited spots at camp for all Leaders and will let you know as soon as possible if you will be on our team for Winter 2024

A note for prospective Leaders in Training (LITS):

Please remember that LITS are not chosen on a 'first registered basis' as we have limited spaces and may need to let others have a turn at camp.

Being an LIT carries a lot of responsibility and is a big step up from being a camper, we have raised the age for LITS to year 10 and up. 

If your child feels they are ready to be an LIT in year 9, then they are welcome to email us at programmeinfo@elrancho.co.nz to specifically tell us why they think they are ready to be a Leader at Kids Camp.

Only emails written by prospective LITS themselves will be considered (not written by their parents!). 

After receiving and reviewing the email, we may give the go ahead to apply via the registration form and they will go into the mix for consideration for the leadership positions we have available for this camp.
