All Leaders from the 4th July - 9th July 2026. This is a day camp for the kids that runs from 6th July-9th July, but leaders will be sleeping over for the week. Note - Matariki long weekend falls at the end of this event, so the final day of camp is a Thursday this time!

Please note that ALL Leaders registrations are just an application and your place at camp is not confirmed until you hear back from us.

Cost:

• Cabin Leaders who are 16 years or older are free to attend camp. 
•  Leaders (15 year old's) are $110 to attend Camp 
•  Leader in Training (Yr 10s, 13-14 yrs) are $145

LITS and Leaders fees are not due until they have a confirmed place at camp, please do not pay before you receive confirmation (closer to the start of camp!). 

A note for Year 9s who are interested in becoming LITS:

Because being an LIT carries a lot of responsibility and is a big step up from being a camper, the LIT program officially begins at Yr 10. 

That being said, if you are in Year 9 and feel ready to be an LIT, then you are welcome to email us at programmeinfo@elrancho.co.nz to specifically tell us why they think you are ready to be a leader at Kids Camp. 

Only emails written by prospective LITS themselves will be considered (not written by their parents!). 

After receiving and reviewing the email, we may give the go ahead to apply via the registration form and they will go into the mix for consideration for the leadership positions we have available for this camp.
