Summer Kids Camp is just around the corner!

All Leaders from the 14th - 19th of January 2024.

Campers will be at camp from 4:30 pm Monday the 15th of January - 11:00 am on the 19th of January.

This is our classic 'sleep over' version of camp where our campers stay onsite from Monday - Friday; each day is packed full of activities such as rock wall, horses, crafts, archery, our epic Kids Camp Speaker and endless hang outs with our leaders who work hard to make your child feel special, encouraged and supported to have the best possible time that they can while at camp!

The cost for each camper is $245 which covers all of their accommodation, food and activities.

• Cabin Leaders who are 16 years or older are free to attend camp
•  Leaders are $95 to attend Camp (15 year olds)
•  Leader in Training are $140 (Year 10 in 2024)

LITS and Leaders fees are not due until they have a confirmed place at camp, Cabin Leaders are free to attend camp.

Please note that ALL Leaders registrations are just an application and your place at camp is not confirmed until you hear back from us.

We have limited spots at camp for all Leaders and will let you know as soon as possible if you will be on our team for Summer 2024.

A note for prospective Leaders in Training (LITS):

Because being an LIT carries a lot of responsibility and is a big step up from being a camper, we have raised the age for LITS to year 10 and up. 

If your child has already been to camp as an LIT then they do not need to be in year 10, however if it is your child's first camp as an LIT, they need to be in year 10.

If your child feels they are ready to be an LIT in year 9, then they are welcome to email us at programmeinfo@elrancho.co.nz to specifically tell us why they think they are ready to be a Leader at Kids Camp.

Only emails written by prospective LITS themselves will be considered (not written by their parents!). 

After receiving and reviewing the email, we may give the go ahead to apply via the registration form and they will go into the mix for consideration for the leadership positions we have available for this camp.
